FONTS

Attendance Font (Windows XP version)

Download (Right-click, then left-click “Save Target As”) this file to your hard drive.  Pay close attention to where you download it to.  I recommend your DESKTOP.  Once the download is complete you will right-click the file and left-click CUT.  This  will place the font file in the Windows clipboard.  Open the Windows Explorer (Winkey + E) and then left-click the small plus to the left of the Windows folder.  Find the FONTS folder.  Right-click the FONTS folder and left-click PASTE.  This will install the Attendance font into the C:\Windows\Fonts folder.

Now you must change the font used in Easy Grade Pro by left-clicking the EDIT menu to Gradebook Options è Display (tab) and selecting the

Attendance font from this pull down list for fonts.  If you fail to make this change the correct font will not be used.

When setting up Attendance codes in Class Options you will use the [ symbol to get the circled “hyphen” and the ] to get the circled “P”.

 Attendance Font (Pre-Windows XP version)

To download, please follow the same procedure described above the Window XP version.  This custom font enables you to access the special symbols used by the Clark County School District.  You must download and copy this font into the C:\Windows\Fonts folder to install it.  This font will not work under the Windows XP SP2 software.

Then you must change the font used in EGP by left-clicking the EDIT menu to Grade book Options è Display (tab) and selecting the Attendan.ttf from this pull down list for fonts.  If you fail to make this change the correct font will not be used.

When setting up Attendance codes in Class Options you will use the [ symbol to get the circled “hyphen” and the ] to get the circled “P”

The Easy Grade Pro software with the Report Card reporting function added is located here as well as several short tutorials for teachers to learn how to use this new function.   You should find it extremely easy to use and understand.
